Preparation of Raita :


how to make raita
1) Take a cup full of curd or yogurt in a big bowl and add water and sufficient amount of salt to it and beat well to make Butter Milk.
Water can be avoided if we need paste like consistency of raita.
Check the taste of salt and add if needed.

2) Now add chopped Onion, green chillies, tomato & coriander to the buttermilk and mix well.
