- Tomato
- Onion
- Beans
- Black Pepper
- Carrot
- Garlic Clove
- Beetroot(Optional)
- Tej Patta (Bay leaf)
- Water
- Salt
- Butter

Preparation of Tomato Soup :
1) In a stainless steel vessel take tomatoes , pepper, onion, carrot, beans, garlic, beetroot, tej patta and enough water so that all the veggies get immersed completely and pressure cook for around 2 - 3 whistle.
Remove the cooked veggies from the pressure cooker and let it cool down.
2) Take a mixer jar and add all the cooked vegetables in it by removing tej patta and make a fine puree.

3) Heat a saucepan or any cooking vessel add this puree to it.

4) Add the sufficient amount of water (depending on the consistency of the soup we prefer)
5) Add salt and stir & allow Tomato Soup to cook in low flame.
Cook for mins.
7) Now cook tomato soup in a high flame and bring it to a boil till it starts bubbling.

8) Switch off the flame & serve hot in a soup bowl.
