Ingredients of Goru Chikkudukaya Iguru (Cluster Beans Recipe) :
- Cluster Beans/ gawar/ goru chikkudukaya - 1/4 kg
- Yellow moong dal - 2 big spoon
- Grated raw coconut - 3 spoon
- Green chillies - 4
- Garlic cloves - 4
- Salt
- Water
- For tempering -
- Oil - 2 spoons
- Urad dal
- Jeera
- Mustard seeds
- Curry leaves

Preparation of Goru Chikkudukaya Iguru (Cluster Beans Recipe) :
1. Soak the yellow moong dal for 15 minutes in water.
2. Cut cluster beans into pieces, add some water and cook for 1 or 2 minutes.
3. Add soaked yellow moong dal and salt to the cluster beans and cook until the cluster beans becomes soft.
Now drain water & keep aside.
4. Take a pan & heat oil for tempering add urad dal,jeera,mustard seeds,curry leaves & fry.
5. Add green chillies & crushed garlic and saute for few seconds.

6. Add cluster beans & moong dal and mix well.
7. Add raw coconut to the curry & mix well.

Check the taste & if necessary add the sufficient salt.
8. Reduce the flame to low & cover it with the lid.

Leave it for 2 minutes to cook, stir it occasionally.
Make sure the Goru Chikkudukaya Iguru (Cluster Beans Recipe) curry should not stick to the bottom.

9. Serve Goru Chikkudukaya Iguru (Cluster Beans Recipe) hot with steamed rice or chapati.
